At The Cutoff Project, all items are produced in limited quantities and many releases are exclusive drops. Due to limited inventory and product availability, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind purchases, or buyer preference.

Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order, as many of our products feature an oversized fit.

If there is an issue with your order, including receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or another order related concern, please contact us at contact@cutoffproject.com within 24 hours of delivery. We may review situations individually and determine available solutions at our discretion.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for creating and purchasing their own return shipping label and return shipping costs.

Limited releases and new drops are considered final sale com.
